Application Form

All prospective Qualitymark Protection Accredited Installers are required to demonstrate that they are competent, have a solvent business and install products for which they carry the relevant certification and experience. Applicants that wish to onboard with Qualitymark Protection must first undergo, and successfully pass our accreditation process.

Successful applicants who pass the accreditation process are regularly monitored to ensure that they are financially solvent and that they have kept up to date with their relevant certification.

Prior to completing our Application Form, please ensure you have read, understand, and agree to our Terms of Business Agreement, Price List and Privacy Policy.

During your application you will be requested to upload the following documents, please ensure you have copies of the below documents ready prior to starting your application.

  • Written Guarantee
  • Customer Contract
  • Installation Certification
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance

Subject to receiving accurate information and the correct supporting documentation, applications take approximately 2 to 5 working days to process. Once your application has been processed, our Accreditation Team we will notify you of the outcome.
